VFE Tool, Also Called Video Frame Extractor By Me, Is A Special Software Coded Entirely using Python, In Hopes to encourage more Game Dev to Hug and Use an animating technique called Rotoscoping; Rotoscoping is a Style of Animation, Where in, You Borrow or obtain a video and trace every position of the video in a canvas, which creates that unique signature look of twitching animation style. 

This software Heavily Marketed toward Horror Indie Game Dev, Who Does Not Have Any Funds or budget to obtain a powerful Computer but can trace and have a high determination to trace over hundreds of frames(if the video placed is long)

VFE Or Video Frame Extractor, Was Developed By Me And Collaboration between a friend of mine. This tool was suppose to be proprietary software, and will be registered for ItsMeDevRoland Development Tools Framework, But after some few debate, and Him leaving the Team to persue other endeavors; just a shy earlier before the Horror game jam. I Decided to Fluff it And Continue the Development, Which lasted 1 week before releasing the first stable release, wipping off old temporary code and removing my friend's traces and bugs(IF YOUR WONDERING, YES... I OBTAINED HIS PERMISSION ABOUT THIS MATTER)

Following this, i have officially released 2 Stable Version On Github, 1 is the legacy and the 2nd is the current version, containing the already exported system and encryptions and other QoL improvements.

Downloading VFE has never been easy before.
VFE Uses a Pure Python Coding base, Which allows you to easily download
the source code in Github and Read the contents, Feel free to fork and fix any bugs you find!

1.  Start By Downloading the Software through here or Github
2. If you finished downloading, Open CMD Or Powershell
   And Ensure You Have, opencv-python and pillow on your system
   (pip install opencv-python) <-- For CV2
   (pip install pillow)<-- For Pillow
3. After Installation, Run the Current Software
   (WARNING: YOU ARE EXPECTED TO RUN THE SOFTWARE ONLY ON PYTHON 3.10, IT IS NOT THE MOST UPDATED, BUT IT SUPPORTS MANY PACKAGES, SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU'VE DOWNLOADED THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ON PYTHON 3.10)
4. Lastly Run the Software, It will basically run and show the splashscreen if it succeed on running on the system, else it would crash without any error. This is absolutely normal, feel free to reopen it and type on the comments below the error, if it ever occur to your end

THIS PORTION HERE ON HOW-TO ASSUMES THAT YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE SOFTWARE, AND YOU'VE ALREADY SATISIFIED ITS REQUIRED. FINALLY ENDING THE SPLASHSCREEN AND SHOWCASING THIS MENU

This is the main UI, Containing all sorts of settings, raging from input file, location of where the output is placed, Image format it will use, Quality of the Image generated, Usage and utilization of CUDA and threads, finally Naming Pattern...

BEFORE STARTING AND USING THE SOFTWARE

1.  Ensure your placing  a video on input file prompt, it can support many videos, even GIF!
2. Define an output folder. This is to ensure, it won't place on somewhere
3. Select a file format, depending on your choice
4. Quality, AFFECTS THE SPEED OF GENERATION, THE LOWER THE POINT, THE LOWER THE QUALITY GENERATED
5. CHOOSE THE GPU AND NUMBER OF THREADS IF AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE 2+ THREADS AND GPU ENABLED
6. finally generate frames from the video and !
7. ENJOY!
